Hi there! I’m KrishnaDas—a passionate solo traveler and overlander with an unyielding love for exploration, storytelling, and the great outdoors. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of journeying across 17 countries, immersing myself in diverse cultures, breathtaking landscapes, and unforgettable adventures.
In 2014, my dream took flight during an epic overland expedition spanning six countries in a Mitsubishi Pajero. This transformative journey ignited my lifelong passion for overlanding. Since then, I’ve ventured into the rugged terrains of South India with my customized Di Turbo Bolero, weaving tales of resilience and discovery along the way.
For me, travel isn’t just about reaching destinations—it’s about the invaluable lessons and meaningful connections I create. Through my YouTube channel, Dasvkvlogs, and Instagram, @dasvkvlogs, I share the heart and soul of my adventures, hoping to inspire others to follow their dreams and embark on their own journeys.
Fueled by gratitude for the opportunities life has given me, I continue to explore the world one road at a time—capturing its beauty and sharing it with those who dare to dream.
Born to Dream
Raised in a humble middle-class family, my childhood was filled with dreams of adventure that often felt out of reach due to financial constraints. Watching others enjoy trips and picnics only strengthened my resolve to someday break free and explore the world.
In 2008, my life changed when I landed a job in Bahrain—a country that quickly became my second home. Bahrain not only welcomed me with open arms but also laid the foundation for my dreams, shaping me into who I am today.
